We have a variety of cameras and lenses that we use for aerial cinematography. Due to the range of our equipment, we don’t take a “one size fits all” attitude towards our aerial videos. Our flexible approach and production methods ensures that we can tailor a unique package to suit your specific needs and budget.

We can shoot in everything from standard definition up to 4K and provide your production team with the footage on site in MP4, MOV or RAW formats. We also have a fully equipped in house editing suite available, which when combined with our ground based filming abilities means we can produce your video from start to finish or just assist in contributing to the success of a larger production.

Drones can be used to capture aerial videos for use in everything from corporate and music videos, commercials and for film and television productions. There are many times where it is necessary to get the shot right the first time because it is impossible to reshoot or go for a second take. Through our partnership with a local media company, we have been supplying aerial footage of breaking news stories to TV and print media outlets and as a result have considerable experience in ensuring that we get everything spot on every time.

We are always on the lookout for new technology and ideas that will improve how we operate. One of the advancements that we have adopted takes advantage of the GPS systems in our drones. When combined with our ground control software, we can fly our drones along a course and control the camera, capturing a specific scene or shot. We then save both the drones flight and camera movements. The drone can then repeat its exact flight as many times as we need. This is especially good when you need to shoot multiple takes. This technology allow us to ensure that a shot can be planned, rehearsed and repeated without introducing any of the variations that would usually be typical when filming with a drone.

Aerial media is not just about capturing fantastic drone videos or photographs, we have the ability to use our drones in a number of creative and unique ways. With a real time live video feed via HDMI to an external monitor we can offer instant assessment of a shot, we can even review and play back a video capture while our drone is still in the air, eliminating the need to land and download any files. We can live stream directly to a number of different platforms such as Facebook and YouTube and our video feed is low latency making live broadcasts capturing the action from the air a reality.
